Supervisory Intelligence Within Defined Functional-Safety Boundaries
Our OT modernization engagements are deliberately restricted to the supervisory and monitoring tier (ISA-95 Level 2/3). The AI layer acts purely as an advisory tool for human operators; it never interferes with safety-critical control loops. We work within the functional-safety frameworks of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511, operating exclusively at the advisory level of Safety Integrity Levels 1 and 2 (SIL 1 / SIL 2). We strictly avoid safety-instrumented functions at SIL 3 and above, which govern automated emergency shutdown and physical protection. Every assessment respects these boundaries: we observe them; we do not certify them.
